There are many reasons for the formation of stones in our body, but most of the stones in our body are formed when the amount of minerals and salt in our body is high. Small particles start accumulating in our body. Which later takes the form of a stone. Excess of calcium is also a cause of stones. When it is in the kidneys, it is called kidney stones. The kidneys filter the waste material out of the blood and pass it through the urine. Due to the use of less water, these waste materials stick to the kidneys, which later collect and take the form of stones.

The stone mainly occupies 4 places.

1- Ureter

2- Urethra

3- bladder

4- kidney

Normal sized stones (4 mm) come out after consuming a large amount of water. To remove a stone of size 5 mm or 6 mm, you may need the treatment of dr.

There are mainly two types of kidney stones.

1- Calcium stone

2- Uric acid stone

Symptoms of Kidney Stone

2- Do not consume too much of tomatoes and brinjals.

3- Do not consume high amounts of protein.

4- Consume as much water as possible
